Key Responsibilities
- Layout and measuring for foundations, trusses, walls, and decks
- Rough and finished carpentry, including trim, moulding, and doors
- Installation of windows, doors, siding, and flooring
- Roofing, fascia, and soffit (wood and aluminum)
- Site safety, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance
- Assisting sub-trades and crew leads as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings
- Skilled in the use of carpentry tools and techniques
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Physically capable of outdoor work in various weather conditions
